Forensic Investigation at 240 Park Avenue South - New York, NY
Edouard Engineering Consulting (EEC) participated in the Forensic Investigation of the MEP
system at 240 Park Avenue South. Working alongside FSI Architects, EEC developed a systematic
approach to investigate the existing building electrical infra-structure and electrical distribution in
54 condominium units.
The significant features implemented in the investigation were:
• Review original design, and As-buit drawings
• Evaluate building's electrical infra-structure for adequacy of existing service
• Voltage drop analysis
• Produce report of findings and supporting calculations
