LL 26/04-3- Local Law 26/04 - Report of Compliance Power Source for Exit
Signs.
LL 26/04 (Fire Safety) requires hi-rise buildings in occupancy groups C, D &
H and all buildings in occupancy group E, G & J-1 to have all exit and/or
directional signs in the building connected to an emergency power source or
storage battery equipment. The professional must submit this form to the
department of buildings certifying that the building is in compliance.
