Cappy Sabir is the principal mechanical engineer of Edouard Engineering Consulting PLLC. He
has a broad range of experience in the design and management of commercial, educational,
healthcare, laboratory, high rise residential and industrial projects.
With over 15 years of experience, Cappy Sabir has earned the reputation as an innovative and
fundamentally sound engineer for his designs of new construction buildings, high tech trading
facilities, chiller and heating plants, data centers and residential properties. He has embraced the
current “green” initiative by constantly implementing environmentally conscious design
techniques and specification of green products in all projects.
Cappy Sabir is a licensed professional mechanical engineer in the states of New York, New Jersey
and Pennsylvania. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the City College of New York,
City University of New York. He is an active member of the International Code Council, American
Institute of Architects, American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers,
The American Society of Mechanical.
