Rhodney Edouard PE, LEED AP - Founding Partner
Rhodney has designed many of the firm’s tenant alteration and building modernization
projects for commercial developments. His engineering specialties include design of voltage
distribution systems, lighting retrofit, fire alarm system upgrades, office fit-outs, and site
evaluations.
Rhodney’s primary duties are to participate in strategy meetings on assigned projects, to ensure all
work is properly coordinated among the trades, and to check the technical correctness of the
project,both individually and collectively, beginning at the schematic phase and concluding at
the completion of the contract documents.
A licensed professional engineer in New York and Massachusetts, Rhodney Edouard is an
electrical engineering graduate of Northeastern University College of Engineering.
Rhodney is also an active member of the National Society of Professional Engineers
